Inspections

For years we have provided inspections for leading real estate agencies, customers, and their clients. Our diagnostic process will provide detailed information regarding the irrigation system itself, as well as our opinion on the systems ability to convert for particular landscape projects. Service / Repairs

Tri-State Irrigation provides all services to maintain the integrity of your irrigation system. We offer a prepaid discounted package that covers the spring startup, the annual backflow test, and the winterization. There is no problem with irrigation we can't fix and we always communicate what repairs will be needed prior to starting the work.

Backflow Testing

MLGW requires any resident, with an irrigation system, to have their backflow tested annually. Tri-State Irrigation has technicians on staff that are certified backflow testers.
